Making music with passion

The duo AssaiMovere was founded in 2022 by violinist Asiia Garipova and accordionist Mihail Cunetchi. The duo is known for constantly exploring new sounds and expressive possibilities in this unique line-up.

In November 2022, AssaiMovere successfully performed at the Neuköllner Originaltöne festival in Berlin—a highlight for the chamber music scene of new music. Further performances have taken the duo to festivals such as Kultur auf Stufen in Ulm and the Impro Vision 2025 Symposium in Leipzig.

AssaiMovere is active in classical, tango, jazz, pop, and crossover music. In 2023, the duo performed at the Moldovan festival Dor călător in Potsdam, sharing the stage with renowned Moldovan artists, which garnered international attention.

A world premiere of Khronoi by Mexican composer Eduardo José Muñoz was written especially for AssaiMovere in 2025.
